You can "walk to all sorts of restaurants and shops" Downtown from this updated mid-rise "a block from the Capitol", giving it perhaps the "best location in Concord"; along with a staff that "makes you feel important and welcome", surveyors "love the free WiFi" in the "large, well-furnished" rooms, which also have microwaves, mini-fridges and "plenty of outlets"; N.B. the on-site Italian, part of a local red-sauce chain, opened in early 2008 and may end up deserving better scores than those here.

Great location, great price on Priceline.
Entrance and exit into lot difficult. Bathroom door dirty.
Super friendly desk staff. Room good size for price. Location excellent. Parking lot a hassle to get out of. Bathroom could be cleaner.

Location right off the highway.
Toilet had rust spots, and bathroom door was not clean, heating system somewhat loud.

Room was fully refurbished. Whole experience was great value.
Access to main street was sometimes difficult.
A great value. Hotel was fully refurbished, clean and friendly front desk people. Access off I-93 is quick and easy.

Very convenient location to downtown and highway branches, restaurants within walking distance.
Tricky entrance/exit, narrow parking spaces, needs better set-aside business computer area, room AC, heat thermostat defective.
